1.Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products sold for research and laboratory usage all sales are final. However, we are happy to help if there were any issues with the product that you received. Please email us a Support@sanopeptides.com
Such as,
a.You receive wrong product or your product is received damaged.
If you get the wrong product or a damaged one, you need to tell us within 48 hours. This is necessary to get a refund.
b.In addition, a clear photo or video must be sent showing the wrong order or damage to your order.
a.You must then begin the return, once approved by us, within 7 days.
b.Approved returns, shipping cost will be covered by Sano Peptides.
c.Your refunds will be returned to your payment method.
2.Returns or Refunds will not be approved for the following:
a. Vials that have been opened or have been used.
b. Claims initiated 48 hours after delivery
c. Returns that have begun after 7 days.
